Ingredients
  • 1½ cups of plain flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ¾ tsp bi carb soda
  • ½ tin of crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup of walnuts
  • 1 cups of grated carrot
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sultanas (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all together, pour into greased and lined loaf tin.
  2. Bake 180 degrees Celsius for 1¼ hours
